Early Wins & Foundations
Our roots in ITAV Empower CIC run deep. We are built on the evolving work of It Takes a Village (ITAV) Africa — a pan-African initiative that has:
- Distributed laptops to learners without access
- Delivered digital skills bootcamps in underserved communities
- Connected young people to mentors and job opportunities
These early successes prove the model works. Now, we’re adapting it for the UK — starting with partnerships, community engagement, and programme design to meet the needs of Black and minority youth aged 18–25.
